Poiting Milling Machines (FM/FMD)

are used for the production of drawing points on round, square and hexagonal materials.
The robust machines are produced in various designs and sizes and most can be supplied with saw (-/S), with additional straightening units (-/R), in portuable design (-/f) and in an extended version (-/v) with a point length aprox. 2.000 mm.
The milling head is tooled with reversible carbide tips. The spindle speed can be adjusted to the optimum cut values according to the wire diameter and quality by means of frequency converters.

Straightening and Pay-Off Units (VA)

are used for straightening and pretransport of the wire to a milling machine, drawing machine or cold upsetting press.
The units are also aviable with mecanical and hydraulic straightening units in horizontal and vertical planes.
The modern frequency-controlled drives enable pre-transport of the wire to an in-line tandem machine and a fault-free wire pay-off designed for the line.

The doubled straightening and pay-off units (VA.../2) enable simultaneous pointing and pay-off of the wire.
